Our fee structure will be explained at your initial obligation-free meeting based on your personal circumstances and potential settlement options. The cost of each case varies, although more broadly, legal fees are charged under the Legal Practitioners (Supreme Court) Determination, known as the Supreme Court Scale. 

The first meeting is obligation-free. If you decide not to engage any further with our services, you will not be charged for that meeting.  

Where possible, we support our clients with out-of-pocket costs relating to the case, including medical reports and court fees. Professional fees and out-of-pocket costs are generally payable at the conclusion of a claim. In most cases, the defendant will contribute towards legal costs and disbursements (i.e. in addition to the settlement amount).
