Our fees

Your first meeting with us is obligation-free. If you decide not to engage any further with our services, you will not be charged for that meeting.

We work with you through your case
Where possible, we support you with out-of-pocket costs relating to the case, including medical reports and court fees.

Professional fees and out-of-pocket costs are generally payable at the conclusion of a claim. 

In most cases, the other party (not you) will contribute towards legal costs and disbursements (i.e. in addition to the settlement amount).
 
Our transparent approach to fees

Our fee structure will be explained at your initial obligation-free meeting based on your personal circumstances and potential settlement options. 

The cost of each case varies, although more broadly, legal fees are charged under the Legal Practitioners (Supreme Court) Determination, known as the Supreme Court Scale.

No win no fee

Be aware that a “No Win, No Fee”  approach of many firms is not often as true as it seems.

This approach often comes with many caveats and exceptions where you might still be responsible for “disbursements” or “external costs” like court filing fees, expert witness fees, or medical reports, regardless of the outcome. 

We don’t portray a “No Win, No Fee” structure and prefer a more realistic and transparent  approach to potential fees.
